  • Quase Ocean Front com excelentes vistas do oceano a partir deste espaçoso varanda envolvente! Apenas um lote de volta da praia, este 5 quartos, 3. 5 banho única casa de família foi projetado por um arquiteto associado de Frank Lloyd Wright e apresenta toda a construção de madeira que é único na praia. A casa de Cardwell está localizada na tranquila ponta norte da Wrightsville Beach, em uma estrada particular, sem estacionamento público. Você se sentirá como se estivesse na praia!

    O nível principal tem uma grande sala de jantar com teto de catedral e design de vidro cheio para permitir muita luz natural e mostrar as vistas pitorescas. A cozinha e os banheiros foram levemente atualizados e novas luminárias, tinta fresca, obras de arte atualizadas, novas cortinas e tapetes foram adicionados em toda a propriedade. Apenas fora da cozinha é um pequeno quarto, lavabo e lavanderia. O quarto principal com casa de banho completa e quarto de hóspedes com banheira também estão neste nível. Uma escada em espiral leva ao andar superior, onde os 3 quartos adicionais e outra casa de banho completa estão localizados. Dois quartos têm vista para a área de estar abaixo e o quarto terceiro andar é acessado através do quarto de hóspedes da rainha, ótimo para famílias com crianças pequenas.

    O sistema HVAC foi limpo, ajustado e selado para a temporada de aluguel de 2019. As atualizações deste sistema quase dobraram e aumentaram significativamente a eficiência do resfriamento. Lotes de estacionamento. Duche exterior. Ocupação: 11. Proibido fumar. Não há animais de estimação.

Great house, great location

Great experience! The house was just as described with great access and ocean views. The management staff was also helpful and responsive. Would certainly recommend!

Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. There's a bunk bed and 1/2 bath in the mud room which lets it act as a 6th bedroom.

Peaceful, private, pleasant

Great for families, had lovely bike trips to local eateries; the ocean/beach here is simplu spectacular, can't be beat!! The spiral staircase is a bit steep for toddlers, but first floor bedrooms were dandy, walkouts abound.

This is our familes favorite- this hear was our 4th time at the beach house. You can't beat the location on the quiet end of the beach- lots if privacy. The deck and views are amazing . They updated the house and it really now has thae beach cottage feel . The kitchen is huge -We are already booked for next year !

Upstairs bedroom TV did not work. The grill was so filthy it would get hotter than 300 degrees. I had spoken to Morgan on Aug 10th to make sure the grill had propane which it did. As a result, the grill was useless. We ended up cooking my birthday meal on the stove:((( Broken window blinds upstairs.

Excellent Location

The house is a bit dated but is a perfect beach cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough bedrooms for our group. Property manager communicated very well. I'm giving it a 4-star overall because it does need a little tender loving care. Stove did not work well and some of the furniture seemed to be falling apart.

Reviewer Comments: House was located at the perfect spot, steps from the beach, on a serene end of the island and is of great size for a large amount of people. Vacation was much fun and the beach was beautiful. Air unit was an issue not cooling the place, Bryant responded quickly however. In the end we would use Bryant again but not stay at this location.

Great Loacation

Reviewer Comments: We have rented Cardwell in the past and the view and location to the beach never disappoint.Unfortunately the mechanics in the house did.There has always been an issue with the air in the home-especially upstairs, but this year it stopped completely . The temo in the house went uo to 89. Maintenace was called and di come timely and did what they could and retuned to see if they could do more. The house cooled to 80. There is never any air really circulating frim the vents - the vents are cold-but no forced air coming out. The nights even before the air went were warm and uncomfortable.I did submit a complaint and di not hear back.SO- great view- beach access....but be ready for warm nights inside. They definitely need to update the entire air unit. It is a lot to spend and be uncomfortable-I can't recommend to friends until the air is fixed

Great FAmily Vacation Home

The kitchen is updated with anything you need.The deocorating and furnishings are relaxed cottage style. The view and deck are worth every penny! Wrap around deck offers shade and a great breeze anytime of day. The ocean view is beautiful. Short walk to the beach on a path. The beach is your own-very private and quiet, but a short walk will get you to the pier and and actiivy. Will rent this house again!
