"Top notch hotel in the Centre of Leeds, and with the convenience of being within the confines of Leeds Central Railway Station.
The Hotel is charming, and still retains its historic architectural details, much to the benefit of guests. The staff are very good and do go beyond expectations during check-in and also whilst you are in residence.
Five star Hotel and recommended to you!"

"We stayed during your renovation period which reduced the use of facilities but in no way reduced our enjoyment of this lovely hotel. Our room and bathroom were superb, it's right in the city but not in a noisy area, the renovations look like it will be an amazing place to stay and it's brilliant that this beautiful building will remain as a hotel. "The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go out. It was not clear if someone in a given room made some smoke or if it was a failure on the programmed weekly fire exercise."
