"Spa tub was lovely, veranda equally lovely. The room was clean and well appointed, front desk staff were not available when we arrived but communicated how to access our room - which was great. Dining options are sparse and you must drive if you want to have a proper dinner. No dining after 5pm at the clubhouse - which was kind of a bummer. Relaxing atmosphere for the room though - secluded and private. Incredibly peaceful. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. "I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l"
