"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. "Had a great weekend in lincoln, and our stay at Naam place was excellent, the house was so warm and cozy(I'd love to live here🤗) a very quiet place to relax and chill out.. It had everything you need and in my option so much better than a hotel, super clean throughout very comfy beds and a good size , towels provided which is great if you forget to pack your own. "Parking is easy, loads of spaces. Our room was huge, it was a shame there wasn’t a comfy chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. Comfy beds, a big tv and tea and coffee facilities were provided. It was an accessible room so the bathroom was huge with a shower.
