"The house was lovely, clean, and has everything we needed. The sofa was so comfortable. So were the mattresses! Little touches made us so happy. An icemaker is always appreciated and I was very happy to find makeup wipes as well. We had everything we needed and we're so appreciative! (Not to mention it's SO nice to be able to park right outside the door and not lug your stuff a great distance )"

"We had a wonderful relaxing time at this home. The host made sure snacks and waters were there for the guests and every detail was covered. Plenty of room for family to have their own separate places to chill and enjoy a good movie or read. It was chilly outside so we couldn’t enjoy the lake but it was still such a peaceful experience. Not THAT good as the website brings.
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. For the breakfast, I had to get 4 dirty knives before I found the first clean. Breakfast is as simple as the ones offered by half-price hotels. Nothing better because it was a Hyatt one. Mattresses are too soft. The bedroom and bathroom well renovated and very clean. "
