This is a beautiful, cozy and sophisticated little 2 bedroom/1 bath house you will call your home for the time of your stay in Spartanburg sleeps of up to 4 guests. The newly renovated house that stays on almost an acre of land is located near the heart of historic Spartanburg downtown, 5 minute drive to the Main street where most of the hassle is including great and authentic restaurants, coffee shops, music, businesses and night life.

This modern farmhouse/mid century designed place has finished renovation in 2022 and has everything new including furniture and appliances and just about everything you will see. You will love the beautiful hardwood flooring and perfectly painted white walls, owner created and finished fireplace and kitchen accent brick wall design as well as pebble bathroom flooring done exclusively by yours, and only, the owner with the pebbles brought all the way from California! The heart was put into this lovely residence and it is very loved and cared for so we kindly ask you to take very good care of it while you enjoy your stay to keep it’s uniqueness and freshness thriving!

This space is near a Duncan park which is just a few minute walk away from the house where you will love to enjoy the view of a beautiful lake where you can feed the ducks and spot water turtles resting on the water logs. In other words, it is literally a must see even if it is just a drive by! That’s not it thought! Feeling sporty? Well, there is a community tennis court just a short walk away from the house where you can sweat off the extra pounds from the delicious local authentic food as well as a short walk away from the walking/biking trail right at the Duncan park location. GSP airport is only 28 minutes away, Greenville-40 minute drive, few minute drive to Wofford and Converse colleges, minutes away from the Spartanburg Medical Hospital and much more.

Seamless check in is with electronic keypad through front porch. Guests are allowed to use entire house and yard space but be careful, the park side of the space might have some of the poison ivy around so be mindful when you are wandering around the park and try to not touch plants and growth around. Please do not drive anywhere on the grass, paved driveway is the only place to comfortably park up to two vehicles in front of the house, may fit total of three vehicles.

1) NO Smoking or vaping in house OR anywhere on the premises, (any signs of smoking or any strong lingering smell of marijuana or other smoking agents in the house will be charged with a minimum of $250), No Drugs, No Parties and No Pets allowed. Security cameras are in place and violations will be penalized accordingly.

2) Absolutely no outside guests permitted! Number of guests must match the number on the reservation.

3) No shoes in the house please.

4) Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

5) Please do not open windows unless in case of an emergency.

6) Please be gentle with furniture and hardwood flores.

7) Fireplace is not for use please do not attempt to start a fire.
