"The Hotel is in a lovely location, right next to the River Thames.
The Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good.
If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival.

"An excellent stay in an excellent location, made all the more special by the attentive nature of the staff, where nothing was too much trouble. From sorting out late night taxis, to extending checkout times for one member of our group, nothing seemed to be a problem. Comfy rooms and excellent breakfast, equals we would return in a heartbeat. My husband did his morning walk up to the Castle and really enjoyed it.

I was warmly greeted and all locations and timings were pointed out to me.My room was had a king-size bed, a two seater settee and a good quality writing desk. The room was immaculately clean and the walls were softened by coordinated artwork. There were large opening doors to a Juliet balcony, and this made the room very comfortable indeed.
