"The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was close to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. There was also plenty of hiking trails nearby. Katherine answered all of my questions quickly. "

"This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone."

"The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!"

"It was a perfect spot for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. A well equipped kitchen, tvs and room for everyone. The views from the one bedroom and living room were a bonus for sure!"

"This is a beautiful cozy property. Loved the sun streaming into the kitchen from the large windows and sliders. Everything we needed was provided, including a box of Whole Foods cookies! Communication with the hosts was easy, parking was great and the neighborhood was quiet. If you need a place in central Connecticut don't hesitate to book this one! "

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater). If you need anything there are plenty of stores close by and the area is very safe. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway."
