"Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.

"I can’t say enough about the location!! It is so close to the casino but away from traffic and the rush. The host was so helpful. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. I loved all the extra blankets and fireplace."

"The stay was truly them most comfortable, easy, enjoyable and relaxing stay. Mansoon, the owner, let me know in advance about not being able to swim - I mean it’s like 20-40 degreees depending. "Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch.
FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor.
The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe.
Rent with caution. "
