"The sheets had a stain on them. When ask to change them the front desk clerk said they would do it, took down our room number, however the sheets were never changed. The room Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones."

"There was an old chocolate milk half gallon in the closet. The room temp semi cool on max coolness. Rust was painted over. Iron and blow dryer worked really well and the shower pressure was good."

The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. ...
