"There was an old chocolate milk half gallon in the closet. The room temp semi cool on max coolness. Rust was painted over. Iron and blow dryer worked really well and the shower pressure was good."

"The sheets had a stain on them. When ask to change them the front desk clerk said they would do it, took down our room number, however the sheets were never changed. The room Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones."

"Parking was fine. I asked for a handicapped room wwhen i made the reservation. We got thereand were told it wasnt available due to flooding in the building. I think they should have emailed or texted me before check-in so i could make other arrangements. There were people in other rooms yelling and screaming then to top things off, the police came to do something about the people yelling and screaming. I wouldn't recommend this place to the devil himself!"

"The common area eating area had a very overwhelming chemical smell. The food Buffett was not very fresh so we did not eat there."

"I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!"

"The bathroom looked like it was going through a remodel and was not finished. The smoke detector was in a drawer. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in 😟"

"Only problem I had which I didn't tell the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal was that in my sweet one of the TVs did not work which was fine everything else the staff when I asked help about the hot tub which was very nice size compared to other places that claim that have a hot tub which really is just a tub enough for one person this time gave me room."

"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. ...
