The Space:

From the moment you arrive, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. The home is thoughtfully designed to provide ample space for gathering, entertaining, and unwinding.



Upon entering, you're welcomed into a striking living room featuring an oversized velvet sectional, a large-screen TV, and a custom-built bar complete with bar seating, a beer tap, and a wine fridge. Just beyond, the home opens into a spacious great room that includes a comfortable family room, a game table with chess, checkers, and backgammon, and a dining area that comfortably seats up to eight guests.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and special occasions. Expansive countertops, premium appliances, a high-end range, a KitchenAid mixer, and a dedicated coffee station make it easy to prepare meals while enjoying beautiful desert views through the kitchen windows.



The estate comfortably accommodates guests across four bedrooms and an additional fully self contained casita with an additional bedroom and living space. In the main house, the private primary suite occupies its own wing of the home and features a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, a large smart TV, direct access to the pool patio, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub, oversized dual-head shower, double vanity, and spacious walk-in closet.



On the opposite side of the home, the remaining three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families and groups. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed and beautiful sunset views, another features a twin bed and twin-over-full bunk bed and is perfect for children or teens, and the third, affectionately known as the Coca-Cola Room, includes a king-size bed and nostalgic Coca-Cola décor. These rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with double sinks and a shower-over-tub combination.



Next door, you’ll find Dave’s Place, a private casita designed to feel like your own private sanctuary within the estate. The spacious casita features a large bedroom with king-size bed, a fully stocked kitchen with range, refrigerator, sink and spacious countertops, a full living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a large-screen smart TV, a bathroom with shower, commode and sink, a dedicated laundry closet and windows with amazing desert views. The front porch offers a simple seating area with a BBQ available for guest use.



Outside, guests can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, lounge seating, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and beautifully landscaped desert grounds. With the entire property reserved exclusively for your group, you'll have complete privacy to enjoy everything Rockcastle Ranch has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire main house and adjoining casita, as well as the beautifully landscaped pool area and outdoor patio. For a seamless arrival, we provide a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in, allowing you to arrive and settle into your desert getaway at your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Wittmann offers a quiet, rural escape from the city, meaning the stargazing here is incredible thanks to the lack of light pollution. While you will feel beautifully isolated in your private desert oasis, you are only about 15 to 20 minutes away from the city of Surprise, where you can find major grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Outdoor enthusiasts will also love being just a short drive from hiking in the White Tank Mountain Regional Park or boating at Lake Pleasant.



Getting Around:

Because of the rural desert location, a personal vehicle is essential. We are located just off US-60, making it an easy, straight shot into Surprise or the greater Phoenix area. There is massive amounts of parking on the property. We can easily accommodate multiple vehicles, oversized trucks, trailers, and RVs right on site.



Other Things to Note:

To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception. If you’re visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
