"This is a nice house in a great location- close to freeways, food and shopping. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is sparkly clean and a really nice way to spend time outdoors when it heats up. There are no stairs at all, so perfect for all ages. There’s a nice pool table and a good TV.The kitchen is a bit sparse if you’re planning any real cooking you may need to bring a casserole dish and a large bowl. "Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. "This house was so much nicer than staying in a hotel room. We drove across the country with dogs in tow. Very comfortable beds, well thought out space and cute backyard!"

It was easy to cook in the spacious kitchen and the open concept of the house allowed us to be "together" but not on top of each other. "The only thing I would change is to add a small dresser in the front bedroom. There is a closet but nowhere to put your things otherwise. Other than that small issue, this property was exactly what we needed for our trip. We had enough space, the fridge was nice, the decor was pleasant, and instructions were detailed. "Beautiful home and location, can't complement it enough. Spacious, well furnished rooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Home was better equipped than most with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. Made lemonade often with the fresh citrus in the backyard! Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive. Location walking distance from the Peoria's Rio Vista Rec Center, restaurants, and hiking at the Thunderbird Conservation Park. Will be back!"

"We were three adults and used the stay to be close to State Farm stadium for a show. Perfect location. Uber cost 7 to get there. Walk home took us 45 min in the cooler evening. Place is very generous in space. Easily accommodates a large family. Large backyard, though dirt ground allows for gathering and games. "
