"The property did not have clean towels at any of the pools and the shower coming from the beach did not work. Also, the rooms did not have the basic necessities like shower caps, shampoo, and conditioner. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet and the live music from the deck. The staff was very friendly."

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. "The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior."

"The beach view was great! We did not go to the outdoor pool. Went to the indoor pool to go in the hot tub. It was too hot. There was not much seating in the indoor area. The pool/hot tub was ok I guess. It’s kind of old and run down. Our room was fine except for the air conditioner leaking on the floor. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty and sandy. There was also very clearly blood on the toilet seat. We had to go to the store and buy wipes to clean it and the kitchen floor. The shower head also...
