"Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t...

"This property was great! Has a good location, easy to get to everywhere. Very comfortable, clean and ease of getting into property. Host was in contact throughout stay. Would stay again! We enjoyed our stay and love old homes. Property is completely updated and beautifully done. Only con is if you are a person who has trouble with stairs, the steps leading up to front door are steep and there is a railing to help."
