"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had some variety of food. I liked the fact that they had both soft and firm pillows. I LOVED the hot tub. The rooms were clean. We had a chair and foot rest in the room as well. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. I did have some issues. I thought the beds were a bit hard for me. The bed in the room was a challenge for my mom to get into due to a hip and knee issues. I suggest...

"Great stay and room"

"Great staff, great amenities, kind of wish that gym would open up before 9 AM but not a huge deal. Outside pool was nice and breakfast was good, had one small issue with cleanliness in the room, but it was rectified by speaking with a housekeeper in the hallway overall great visit."

"Decent room at a decent price, met our basic needs, would stay there again. Could use some upgrading but again an ok stay."

"Very clean!!! Housekeeping deserves a raise. Breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast. The outdoor space was very nice and well maintained. Pool was on the small side. Would stay again!"

"The hotel lobby and halls were very clean. The receptionists were friendly and always greeted us as we entered and exited the hotel. This made us feel welcome and recognized. Our room was in order and very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and especially the option of coffee or tea all through the day and evening hours. I would recommend the Hampton Inn at the Wisconsin Dells and will go back again when vacationing there."

"The room was clean, but was no basket in room coffee marker to make our own coffee. Deck person friendly. The lobby breakfast area was extremely dirty. Filthy white cabinetry where breakfast food was out. Watched attendant fill very dirty bowls with creamer and jelly while restocking. Didn't eat anything there. Attention to basic cleaning to food area needed!! Parking lot was very well lighted."
