"Arrived to discover the entire town would be without water starting at 7:00 a.m. the morning after we checked in. The information was written on a small piece of paper at the front desk. We were not verbally advised of this change by the receptionist. Once discussed it was a kind of a shoulder shrug from the front desk and that was it! This meant that we could not enjoy our stay at all. The hot tub is a bit of a joke and you had to reserve time (limited to 30 minutes). No elevator and no offer...

"Breakfast was marginal. Coffee maker in room didnt work or electronic lock on door. Trash was never emptied. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"severe clog sink. out of maintain building. dirty carpet. deadbugs on ceiling. dirty coffee pot and hairs everywhere. Apparently downstair rooms are remodeled but we got upstair. so depends on luck. I supposed downstair would be nicer. No staff. We were very confused for a long moment. You need to message the hotel to get room and code to get in."
