"The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified."

"I was very satisfied with the hotel and room as it was exactly as represented. There was a difficulty regarding payment at check in which was entirely on me and the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as patient while I was contacting my bank for release of funds due to fraud activity on my account. She was exceptional and helpful to continue my check in using another credit card and so happy to help. The only negative event was the fire in the kitchen causing me to have...

"We booked through Expedia and will NOT do that again. Because of our flight disruption, we had to cancel the first night and Expedia told me that the HOTEL would not allow that inside of 24 hours. The hotel however told me that was NOT TRUE and that Expedia should be refunding me for that night. As to the hotel---very nice! The front supervisor was outstanding and even gave us complimentary breakfasts because of what we went through (with Expedia)."

"Cozy and inviting! Kathleen was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. She was kind enough to let us meet her sweet animals. The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus— the water got nice and hot like I like and the red light made me feel like I was at a spa. Would definitely book again!"
