Brand new (2022) stunning penthouse condo in the heart of downtown Winter Park. It has the perfect blend of privacy and easy access to all that Winter Park has to offer. The building is steps to the free shuttle stop or an easy stroll to your favorite restaurant or Hideaway Park for entertainment.

***FYI***
Construction on the neighboring property will affect access to our parking lot. There will be a drop-off zone for your belongings at the building entrance and elevator. Convenient parking is within 1/2 block of the building and visible from our unit. Thanks for your patience during this time.

This newly built condo with elevator access sleeps 7/8 comfortably. It has all of the amenities of a modern home: Full compliment of kitchen appliances, laundry, gas fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Enjoy the stunning views from the large windows throughout or relax on the deck and take it all in!
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted tub/shower, and large walk-in closet.
The front bedroom has a double bed and closet with easy access to a bathroom and laundry. It can also be closed off to form its own private suite.
The spacious loft has a queen size bed, a couch/chaise that opens up to a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet that has a workstation that can be used as a private office.

The perfect spot

I can't say enough good things about this VRBO. It was immaculate and a lot more spacious than advertised. There was plenty of room with bathrooms for each bedroom. It is right downtown so walking back and forth to the music festival, dinner, etc. is so convenient. Communication with the owner was way beyond expectations. Such a beautiful and comfortable space. We even just hung out one night and played cards. I highly recommend this property. Thank you SO much for your hospitality.

Great Mountain Condo!

Great property with fantastic views and easy access to Winter Park Resort and all the great restaurants along Main in Frasier. Perfect for a group of friends or small family groups with individual bathrooms for each bedroom and a very usable kitchen. Would absolutely stay again!

Top Notch Property

Let me start with the worst part of our stay. I'm nit-picking... but the shower in the master bath could use a little more pressure. Otherwise, this was the perfect property for our family of four. One child stayed in the room up front. Another took the loft bedroom. We stayed in the master bedroom. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had all the latest appliances. We put the refrigerator water dispenser through a good workout. The location is perfect. A block away from shopping, dining, bus stop. Next time we're back in WP, this is where we will stay. You can't go wrong here!

Skiing with family from CA and Germany! We loved the location:shuttle bus to Winterpark resort so convenient! As well as grocery store, restaurants, shops, coffee places, etc. Kitchen well stocked w/supplies. You will not be dissapointed!

Great Place to Stay for Winter Park skiing

Overall we were very happy with this condo. It was very clean and well appointed. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great. My girls had their own bedroom/bathroom up in the loft and my son had his own, which helped prevent any arguments. We felt right at home during our stay here. It is on the top floor, but we didn't mind taking the stairs or the elevator. Parking is limited, but it was never a problem for us with our rental vehicle. Importantly, the bus stop is maybe a 1-2 minute walk from the property. We were very happy with our decision to stay at this condo!

Great location in Winter Park

Great property, great location. Beautifully designed unit with vaulted ceilings that give the impression of a much larger unit. Clean and spacious. Close to everything in Winter Park without being right on HWY 40. Great communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

We stayed at the condo for the weekend to attend Blues from the Top festival. The condo was very clean and the location was ideal. Walking distance to festival, dining, and there is great coffee shop right across from the building. The condo was clean and spacious for our family, with two adult kids. Would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We had a great long weekend in Winter Park. The condo was great and we could easily walk to restaurants and bars. Also, the shuttle to the ski resort was conveniently located just a short walk from our door. I highly recommend!!

Close to everything!! So CLEAN!

We loved this condo! So close to everything! Skiing, bowling, grocery store, tubing, restaurants, movies, all within 5 min. The owners were amazing! I loved the cleanliness!!! It was spotless! Equipped with all essentials. Great view! It was quite, the parking was easy and close! All around a perfect 10!!! I would definitely recommend this condo! We had 5 in our family plenty of room for us all, and I loved having 3 full bathrooms, very convenient! You will not be dissatisfied!
