A short walk away you will find some of best Winter Park Dining like Deno's Mountain Bistro and Pepe Osaka's fish tacos which has the best margaritas in Colorado. The first floor consists of a heated two-car garage equipped with the same in-floor radiant heating that runs throughout the rest of the house. As you enter the home, you'll find a perfect bunk room for the kids.
The second floor contains a great room & kitchen with plenty of space to cook, barbeque, dine (seating for 10 between dining table and island bar), gather, play games, and watch a movie on our 65 inch Samsung Frame TV fully loaded with Youtube TV and all the streaming apps. Just off the kitchen, you'll find your own private office with a 55" HD Smart TV to quietly work and take zoom calls utilizing our blazing fast internet boasting the fastest possible speed of 1200 Mbps.
The third floor contains a large master suite with an amazing Tempurpedic king bed, 55 inch Samsung Frame TV, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private balcony. The third floor also contains a third and a fourth bedroom, each with its own queen beds, blackout shades, soundproofed walls & windows, and Samsung Frame TVs similarly equipped with YouTube TV and all the streaming apps. The laundry room is on this floor, and it comes equipped with cleaning detergent and a high-capacity washer and dryer.
From there, walk up to either of the 2 rooftop decks where you can lounge on our outdoor furniture, gather around the dining table, or soak in the hot tub while enjoying the gorgeous sunset views of the Winter Park Resort. The rooftop deck is also an amazing spot to listen to all the live music in Summer at Rendezvous Event Center located at Hideaway Park directly next door.

Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
