- This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 10pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
- This home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.
