"Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here. "

"Overall good except the dwelling above us sounded like construction going on all night long which did interfere with sleep. Second night same plus at 11:30 pm sone man pounded on our door yelling to open the door ( and a few other explicates). Contacted property in am and reported incident and was told would have Ring footage checked . Otherwise great property, clean and loved the club house and gated entrance. Will stay again just not this particular rental "

"This stay was perfect! The communication was great from start to finish! The owner checked in with us from check in, during, and check out making sure we needed nothing. The accommodation was just as pictured. And very clean. They had a nice pool area with amenities and activities for kids. It included a lazy river, two slides, a kids splash pad, a bar, and an arcade. They also have a jumbo tv where they played great music! The whole stay was a vibe and worth the cost. "the idea of the rental is amazing and it is truly beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, and we were the only ones there. Unfortunately the property didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while. There were dead cockroaches in the airbnb and in the game room. There was cobwebs all over the airbnb as well as the game room and the gym. The office area room is not actually able to be used like it displays in the photos online. Says you have access to it with the $35 a day and you do not. We wanted to play...
