    Esta é uma casa de três andares com três quartos, perfeita para famílias com a sala de beliche no térreo e os quartos principais no andar de cima. A sala principal foi projetada com a socialização em mente, com sofás macios, TV de tela plana e lareira em uma extremidade, jantar no meio e cozinha no outro. Há também decks privados anexados em ambos os lados. The location of the condo was great - it was easy to walk into town to go out to eat, and easy to drive to the mountain or catch the shuttle. The hot tub was spacious and nice and hot. The condo community was nice and quiet and the condo was comfortable and clean!

Great place to stay for a family ski trip. A short drive to the slopes. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill across the street. The house was nice. No issues.

Fantastic

Love love this townhouse. Everything was wonderful. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to park for kids to slide. Comfy beds, kitchen was well equipped.

Winter Park Stay

Location was great for our ski trip. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town and the bus stops. We got in earlier then our check in time and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their offices while we explored the town. The rental was clean and communication was quick. I would definitely stay again!

WPLC Delivers!!

We needed a last minute rental, WPLC had the best rates and service for a well appointed property. Our kids loved their bedding, the toys and we even played a game with adults & kids that was so much fun. Brand new hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen made shopping for the week a breeze. We had a great time in the perfect condo for our family of 5. The kids were crying to leave and begging us to stay in the same spot when we return. Thank you so much for a great place to have our vacation!!

Great stay - highly recommend!

Sawmill Station 214 had everything we needed and more. Our family (7 total) enjoyed the hot tub, the fully furnished kitchen, and the game and movie closet. The bath and hot tub towels were in generous supply as well. Was very impressed with the responsiveness when we reported the hot tub wasn't working - we had a hot tub team member on site within 20 minutes time. All in all we highly recommend both the unit and the management team behind it!

Perfect In every Way

This was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We appreciated so much that you supplied us with lunch baggies and tupperware that we were able to pack our lunches in, the fan that we used for white noise, the gas grill, and endless supply of nice cookware. Everything in the house is marked with clear explanation! The hot tub was a highlight of our trip. The management company was top notch with their communication! So many positives we will be back and don't want to stay anywhere else! I hope the town of Winter Park never gets rid of the overnight parking in Cooper Square as it is so important if you have a 3rd car.

Right from the beginning I could tell I picked the right company. I received the help I needed in selecting the exact unit for our needs. The property was very convenient to the mountain and right in the heart of town, convenient to shopping and dining. Upon arrival, they allowed us early access (may not be possible all the time). We did have just one little issue which was handled promptly and professionally. David and Jill followed up a few times to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Great team. I highly recommend them.

We loved it!

This is a very sweet getaway place! Tucked into a grove of Aspens, the second floor setting reminds me of being in a tree house! Close to town and the hosts are wonderful!

Winter park

A great experience and everything was as or better than expected. Clear direction and communication was provided and the location is central to the area. We can’t wait for our next visit and hope to stay at this location again

We loved it!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect from town and the lifts. I loved the park where the kids could sled! We would totally stay there again! The icing on the cake is that it was decorated for Christmas! Made it so special!

We had more than enough room. The kitchen and outdoor space allowed us to invite our friends for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for hiking trails and other in town activities. Loved our stay

Incredible!

We could not have asked for anything more! The condo was sparkling clean, very well appointed and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen and grill were great for cooking meals, and we were within walking distance to several great restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. We came for mountain biking and that's exactly what we did—miles and miles of single track trails were just around the corner! Winter Park is a very friendly town full of kind and helpful people, and Winter Park Lodging Company was no exception—communication was great from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Would 100% recommend, and if we get the opportunity to come back, we will definitely want to stay here again!

Great Place!

The condo was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. It had everything we needed, and the best equipped kitchen we've had in a ski condo. The built-in garage made unloading and loading our luggage very easy, and there was a great space for taking off ski gear in the foyer. The property managers were super-responsive.
