Furthermore, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this space for any additional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, microwave, and seating for two at the breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area can accommodate six people and is connected to the main living area. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a television. Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
The condominium is situated in building number 6 within the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is located nearby.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
