"The apt was nice. Beds were comfortable The futon was very uncomfortable. Victoria had snacks and water waiting for us when we arrived along with a welcome note. The apt looked exactly like the pictures. My only complaint is the apt wasn't clean. The floors hadn't been swept and the bathroom in the master bedroom wasn't clean. We arrived 3 am very tired l wanted to take a shower before going to bed but I couldn't because the bathtub was dirty. I sent Victoria a message right away and she...

"The host was very accommodating and always available to answer questions/concerns. The location is ideal. Coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Beautifully remodeled older building. The bathroom was especially lovely. Kitchen was small but usuable (we didn't cook). Wonderful dining space and TV area. The neighborhood is a little noisy...probobly only noticable to us as we like to sleep with windows open. We will stay again."

"The good: The property was very nice. The kitchen and seating area were roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The bad: Ground floor does not mean no steps. The entrance is on the basement level, so a flight of stairs is required to get to the room. There is a side door on the ground level that can be used to exit, but it does not have a code device for re-entry. There is basically no parking (only 3 spots) at the facility, so parking is about 3 blocks away in the public lot by Town...
