"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. "We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at Springfield College. 'We' were 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. While it is pet friendly there were no remnants of any pets from previous renters. It is an OLD farmhouse that was immaculate and comfortably furnished. It is stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking and a nice backyard for active kids."
