"Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel."

"We literally just needed a place to sleep and shower during a recent birdwatching trip. The person checking us in was on the phone through the process and didn't end his personal call. The room was grimy and dusty and the towels were stained. There were cockroaches. My expectations were low but they were not met. Would not stay again."

"The first room we were assigned to was next to a long term resident who had cats living in their room. I saw a cat in their window and the litter outside — which is fine — except our room next door smelled so strongly of cat droppings and litter that it was nauseating. I asked for our room to be moved and I was accommodated, but the next room we were assigned to had a different, yet strong, odor, and was dilapidated. The room looked next to nothing like the photos, except for the orange wall. It...
