"Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! "

"Wonderful place to totally relax. It's exactly as expected with a short ride to shopping and a **TERRIFIC** beach. The view is amazing and interior level of finishes are outstanding. Lots of space, convenience, and quiet solitude. What more can one want? "

"The bluebird farmhouse was perfect for our trip. Our group had 4 adults and 3 young children. The house had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was stocked with anything you could need, and the host even dropped off a pie and some coffee for our arrival. The yard was spacious, gas grill available for grilling and the fire pit area was great for an evening of Smores. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out. We’d highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay in...

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "Delightful stay! Quiet and cozy property that was fully-stocked and super clean. Charmingly decorated for a beach cottage feel.Whole family loved the patio with direct access from the kitchen, which enabled coffee/meals (and work email!) on the picnic table. Kayaks and paddle boards were very much appreciated, as was the dock for swimming off of. "The interior of the house is comfortable, light and airy, with windows that look out on the lake. Exerior needs some work, washing machines underground, area could use some clean up. Lost running water for a day due to problem with pump, owner on it immediately. Location was terrific, about halfway between Rhinebeck and the Massachusetts border. Good walks in beautiful countryside."
