"The premises are nice and well taken care of. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is secluded, in the middle of nowhere. They do have shuttle service for the metro and the nearest mall, but, since this is mainly an events facility, the shuttles run only on evenings and weekends. I would definitely recommend it."

"Eu amei a hospedagem nesse hotel, staff cordial, quarto confortável, internet funciona, lavanderia fácil de usar, oferecem um coquetel bem gostoso para os hospedes na terça a noite, cafe da manha bem bom, te levam ate o metro que fica bem próximo a qualquer hora do dia (fica fácil ir nos pontos turísticos) e eles dão um voucher com descontos de vários restaurantes próximos. Tem um italiano que a pizza e massas são maravilhosas e preço bom. Super indico esse hotel!"

"Large,.clean and well appointed room. Excellent location, right above Bethesda station. However, if you want to go sightseeing DC, keep in mind that the subway might be under renovation and you would need a taxi or uber. Staff are nice, but customer service.is horrible. I would like to know if I could send parcels to the hotel and they simply have not answered. I tried different channels several time (hotels.com, social media), but people simply refused to answer my doubts. "

"Great staff all around, I had an issue with my door a few times but Jose was very helpful as the maintenance man and made sure everything was fixed personally. Jacquline was great during check in and whenever I needed something from the front desk she was right on it."
