"The premises are nice and well taken care of. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is secluded, in the middle of nowhere. They do have shuttle service for the metro and the nearest mall, but, since this is mainly an events facility, the shuttles run only on evenings and weekends. I would definitely recommend it."

"The rooms are neat, quiet, and everything is very well-kept. My room came with coffee and tea. The bathrooms and showers are great and very clean. There isn’t a lot of options when it comes to food, and it’s a bit expensive, but not bad for the area. All of the staff especially Thetna were very helpful!"

"Large,.clean and well appointed room. Excellent location, right above Bethesda station. However, if you want to go sightseeing DC, keep in mind that the subway might be under renovation and you would need a taxi or uber. Staff are nice, but customer service.is horrible. I would like to know if I could send parcels to the hotel and they simply have not answered. I tried different channels several time (hotels.com, social media), but people simply refused to answer my doubts. "

"A acomodação nos atendeu muito bem. O check-in foi ágil e o atendimento gentil. A acomodação que reservamos era de 2 quartos e coube confortavelmente 6 pessoas. O café da manhã possuía uma boa variedade de produtos. O único detalhe que pelo menos para mim não faz muito sentido é a cobrança de 10 dólares por um estacionamento descoberto. Mas no geral, valeu muito a pena a estadia."
