Tuscan Year Round Beauty - Pickleball Court

Among the nicest properties in Windham. Lovely large home nestled quietly on 12 usable acres with bucolic bridle paths joined to hiking trails. A true feel of Tuscany on the property beginning at the front door. 16' Travertine Dining Island and Professional Kitchen. Seats 14. Wolf Oven / 48” Induction Cooktop. Pickleball / Porcini /. Snowshoe or Cross-Country on the property in Winter. Relax in Spa and Theatre Room. Prepare meals in professional indoor or outdoor kitchens. The daily rental rate is weekday/weekend driven with some high season 3 night minimums required . Housekeeping is 250 plus a 500 refundable security deposit.
Mountain bike to multiple destinations. Adjacent views to 30 acre horse farm, pond and Ski Windham. Wedding package details available to discuss. Wedding video encompasses two (2) contiguous properties. Ask owner for clarification on pricing for each. HighSeason weekends require 3 night minimums.

Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. Thanks again Rick. Looking forward to coming back!

5th year staying at this property for our spring golf trip. The property is exactly as described. Beautiful location, property is well cared for and the owner and his caretaker are very responsive and accommodating. Great property in Windham.

We stayed here for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Rick and Alan were great hosts and super helpful. The property was amazing with so much to offer in and outside of the house. Our kids were obsessed with the pickleball court too ! Highly recommend!

Twice a year, I get out into the mountains with a group of friends. We've booked many places over the years, and this was probably our favorite. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were incredible. The massive, outdoor fireplace was a great hangout spot. The foliage views from the deck were nearly as good as from the summits. We didn't even get a chance to use some of its many amenities, but we definitely made use of the hot tub after hiking -- which was great. Our group was big enough that we had to share a couple beds, but they were king-sized, so it was fine. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and top notch. Communication with the owner was easy and the property manager who met us at check-in was great, making sure we were good to go and had everything we needed. Easy five stars.

Hard to decide where to begin…one of the nicest rental homes in the Windham area! Outside amenities are incredible - the firepit is amazing, the outdoor kitchen provides so many wonderful options (outdoor pizza oven was a hit) The inside provides fabulous space for all - even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Rick and Alan were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to a return trip!

My son picked out this property for his graduation vacation. We loved exploring all the amenities the property had to offer. The property manager and owner were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that arose. We had three younger children (9,8, and 3) and there was so much to do for them as well. We loved the indoor and outdoor kitchens and was one of the selling highlights for us. We highly recommend.

We stayed here with a large group of friends over the holiday weekend and had an excellent time. Everything was as advertised with the listing, the property itself is incredible and well suited for a group getaway. The enormous kitchen island was a major feature for our stay and always had a group of friends around it sharing meals, socializing, or playing games. The kitchen itself comes well stocked with tools, utensils, and spices for cooking up meals. The outdoor space was a dream for grilling and sharing meals, and several of our guests took the opportunity to enjoy the disc golf, walking the grounds, and pre-built fire. With everything available, there was no need to leave the property other than for grocery runs. House manager Alan and owner Rick were friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to the few requests and issues we raised, and everything was handled well in a professional manner. The only drawback I can say about our stay was the weather, as our booking landed on a particularly hot and humid summer weekend. Our host provided several fans around the house to help with cooling and circulation, but it was tough to beat that humidity. All in all it was a memorable weekend and well worth the trip. I'd happily stay here and work with Rick & Alan again in the future.

An incredible house with all the amenities for a great time. The outdoor fire place and all the activities make it a ton of fun, and the views and country are incredible. The bedrooms are also comfortable for a big group to stay in. Recommend 10/10

Beautiful place, view is prime. The outdoor fire is awesome, the perfect spot to gather around. The myriad games are such great things to have. We left once over 3 days/nights. Owner and manager are super friendly and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.

Well-planned amenities inside and out. Was here for a weekend with 3 families (13 people). Took advantage of everything - ping pong, foosball, poker table, HUGE hot tub, two wood stoves, high-end appliances in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens (made fresh dough and did personal pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven), pickleball, slackline, hiking, HUGE outdoor fireplace, indoor-outdoor stereo, and piano (friend brought a guitar and we did a sing-a-long night). Relaxing views of the Catskills including Windham Mountain Club. Property manager was friendly and communicative. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful house with a lot of rooms and spacious outdoor areas. We had a great time. Only a 5 minute drive to Windham ski resort, and you have a beautiful view of the mountain from the house. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to cook, including a huge variety of spices. Check-in and check -out processes were easy and smooth, and we sincerely appreciated their flexibility when we requested a late check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Rick’s property is unbelievably beautiful. There are so many things to do and keep busy, pickle ball, baci, horseshoes and a view that is epic. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, would recommend to anyone.

You will not be disappointed with the views and amenities on Ricks property. We had an awesome time with a total of 11 of us and there was plenty of space and things to do. The new pickleball court was great and entertained us for hours. Leo the house manager was great and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We stayed for the 4th of july weekend and had a blast. Were able to enjoy the outdoors from the deck and yard and watch the weather roll in through the valley. Played numerous games, and when the rain came we had enough space indoors to spread out. Loved the pickleball and bocce courts. Fully appointed kitchen both indoor and outdoor and we made some great meals. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Property is as advertised! The home is magnificent and plenty of room for a big group! Outdoor deck/kitchen is where you will spend most of your time. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Had a fun time at the house with some friends. We were able to rent both the main house and the yurt (which was fantastic!) The new pickleball court is great and provided hours of fun.
