"Great stay for our bi-annual friends reunion! This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!"

"Our stay at this Catskill property was one of our favorite spots. We enjoyed the comfort and design of the home very close to town and also close to Scenic Hudson area. Porch was a favorite spot in the rocker. WeLoved the comfort of convenience of bedroom on main level. The kitchen was wellstocked with just the right accessories. We also enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Just a quiet and convenient location tucked into a lovely area."

"The tiny nook was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my fiancé! The house is very well maintained and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Daniel was always there with great communication whenever we needed. This house was within minutes of anything you’d need if forgotten and we did a great small hike at Kaaterskill Falls. "This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!"

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...
