Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed, dresser, room-darkening shades and curtains

Bedroom #2 (Main Floor): Single-over-double bunk bed, closet, and room-darkening shades

Bedroom #3 (Downstairs): King bed, closet, and room-darkening shades

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Main Floor): Full bath with a shower/tub combo and ensuite laundry


GOURMET KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to the large driveway space to park up to four (4) vehicles total.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell Mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

We stayed at this property for five days with two families including four adults and three children under ten. The home was nice, smaller than expected but sufficient for us. The backyard is a good size, however there was a large patch of weeds that had not been maintained at all and was an eyesore as well as full of thorns. The property was advertised as having access to a public beach, we were informed a week before our trip that that was no longer accurate and the next beach was not within simple walking distance-which was a big reason for us booking this home. The toilet paper holder was barely in the wall and had to be reset repeatedly-not the end of the world but certainly annoying. The smoke detector not only had dead batteries but the battery compartment had been popped open so there was no alerts to tell us until we noticed. Overall the trip went well but for the price of the renting and the cleaning fees it was a little disappointing.

I would pass on this property

The main floor of the property is as described (minus the mess of children’s toys in the tv room and in the yard). The front lawn and backyard were an absolute mess. The lawn was overgrown and covered in weeds, it hadn’t been mowed or cared for (I have photos). To use the fire pit we had to mow around it ourselves. Speaking of the fire pit it was full of burnt wood when we got there. The main bedroom is actually in the basement and smelled to us like it was a property that had been smoked in and they tried to cover it up (it is listed as a non smoking property). When I contacted the rental company after our stay with our concerns they apologized and offered no reimbursement. We paid a premium to be there over the August long and we were so disappointed. I just asked for a small refund to some what compensate and they said no. I would stay away from this listing.
