"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

"Pillows were very small and worn out. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and will wake a person sleeping if somebody attempts to use the toilet. Staff were great, but some of the items at the breakfast buffet were not fresh."

"Its very nice beautiful and comfy hotel. Staff are very nice. Bed is comfortable. I only gave 4 starts because the shower water pressure is weak. And I can hear the guests above me running and jumping."
