"The hotel is magical - the staff super friendly. The decor elegant - remodel very well done - its very chic and not done in cheep way - the quality of toiletries and tea in room are high end - organic - wish we could stay here longer. The only thing to watch out for is check-in is closed from 12h-15h. The stairway up to the rooms is a bit narrow. Not a problem but just to be aware if you use oversized luggage. I would defiantly stay here again. "

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"We chose the Filly Inn after reading through previous reviews, it did not disappoint! Great service, great food, great drinks, great room. We stayed for one night the rooms come with everything you could need and more! The menu has such a great selection, so good it makes it hard to decide and makes you want to stay longer! "We came with our 3 year old and 6 year old just for an overnight stay as we had visited Longleat. The hosts were really lovely and we had a little continental breakfast for the next morning with fresh milk and juice in the fridge. The room was spacious with a king sized bed and 2 x singles. Bathroom was spacious with great shower. Outside is a little courtyard plenty of space for the kids to run around. Nice and clean and spacious. Rooms finished to a high standard. "When we arrived at the Griffin, to our surprise, our reservation was canceled. Apparently, the Griffin had a water leak and were in the process of repairing the damage. They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. It was a very unfortunate situation. We are from the USA and found out upon arrival in England that our cell phones were not working properly so...

"The only possible complaint would be that we had to wait an hour after we had ordered food before it appeared. The food itself was excellent. Reserved named parking spaces for residents most helpful,. Very welcoming staff. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed the independence that Two Bare Feet gave me Staying in conventional hotels around the country can become a chore. Its location with its five minute walk into the city centre makes it ideal The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Only thing to let it down is the lack of property parking but overnight parking is around £7.30 a night and is an inconvenience not ideal for everyone. That said I would recommend it and would certainly stay there again Many thanks again...
