Welcome to Cliffside Lodge, a peaceful retreat nestled on the cliffs of the Texas Hill Country - the perfect getaway to relax, recharge and reconnect. This home is a wonderful choice for families, couples, and small groups looking for a quiet Wimberley getaway with plenty of room to relax inside and out! Cliffside Lodge is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to enjoy your stay in Wimberley.

The home includes three private bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed
Living Room: Queen-size pull out sleeper sofa

PLEASE NOTE: The sleeper sofa is best suited for children or younger guests. While it provides additional flexibility for families, we do not recommend considering it a fourth sleeping area for two adults or another couple.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will receive checkin instructions 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation and will have access to the entire property. No extra guests are allowed onsite during your reservation without prior permission.

PET RULES:
Pet fee: $150 per stay for up to two pets. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets may not be left unattended inside or outside the home. Pets are not permitted on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture. Please pick up after your pet immediately. Pet waste must be placed in the designated waste station or disposed of properly in the outdoor trash. Please use the gated dog run when appropriate, but remember that pets should still be supervised. Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or additional costs caused by their pets.

HILL COUNTRY WILDLIFE:
As our property is located in the Texas Hill Country, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as deer, insects, scorpions, or snakes — especially during warmer months. While sightings are rare, we recommend wearing shoes outdoors at night and keeping doors closed when possible. Our home is routinely maintained and treated to help minimize pests and ensure a comfortable stay. By booking, guests acknowledge that encounters with native Texas wildlife and insects are possible and are part of staying in a rural Hill Country setting.

CHILD & PET SAFETY:
This cliffside home offers elevated Hill Country views with a fully gated back deck; however, the backyard is not fenced from the cliff. Children and pets must be closely supervised outdoors at all times, gates should remain closed, and guests should use caution around the natural terrain and cliffside areas.

TRASH:
The area includes tons of wildlife ranging from deer, fox, rabbits, and raccoons. Please do not leave trash or food outside unattended. There is a large, green trash bin (black lid) located near the parking area designated for your use. Please do not leave full bags of trash on the floor inside of the home - trash bags will always be provided for our guests.

No tampering with doorbell camera.

PARKING:
Driveway parking can fit two full size vehicles. Garage parking allows EV charging and can fit one vehicle. Please respect the neighbors by parking in your designated area.

GLITTER USE:
Please refrain from using glitter or confetti on the property. An extra $200 cleaning fee will be accessed in the event glitter or confetti is found in or around the house during your stay.
