Guest Age:
The primary renter in any group must be 25 years or older.

Respectful Guests:
We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet Time:
Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free.

Guest Courtesy:

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is by 10AM.

Note: Bath towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Please bring your own if needed.

Please clean up after yourselves and ensure no trash is left behind. If you bring a pet, please dispose of their waste in the trash. Kindly wash dishes before departure. While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

Please note that our property is located in a country setting, where it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. Canceled on morning of travel.

We booked our stay weeks ahead of time. Then at 5am the morning of our travel I received a message saying there was plumbing issues and our reservation had to be cancelled. I took them at their word. Yes it was inconvenient, but things happen. Then over 3 weeks later our over $1000 for the trip had not be refunded. I spent hours and hours on the phone with VRBO and sent a lot of emails requiring all kinds of information and documentation. Finally VRBO told me I would have to process a charge back through my credit card company because the property management company was not refunding my money. This is bad business. I do not recommend booking here.
