Historic Property & Shared Spaces

This charming historic home has been divided into two separate apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Each apartment features its own private entrance and independent living accommodations, offering guests privacy throughout their stay.

The front porch and backyard are shared common areas for both apartments, with the exception of the patio, which is reserved exclusively for the downstairs apartment.

We ask that all guests be respectful of others staying on the property, particularly when enjoying the shared outdoor areas.

Parking

Off-street parking is provided behind the home in the backyard parking area.

This apartment is allocated two designated parking spaces, arranged in tandem (one vehicle parked directly in front of the other), on the RIGHT side when facing the rear of the home.

The upstairs apartment is allocated four parking spaces on the LEFT side, arranged two vehicles deep.

Guests must park within their designated spaces and may not block access to spaces assigned to the other apartment.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved furry companions, subject to the following requirements:

* All pets must be disclosed and approved by the host before arrival.
* Maximum pet weight is 40 pounds.
* Unauthorized or unapproved animals are strictly prohibited.
* Guests are financially responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets.

Please contact the host before booking if you intend to bring a pet. Pet-friendly status does not constitute automatic approval.

Minimum Age & Occupancy Restrictions

The property’s association (HA) rules prohibit renting to guests under 26 years of age, except for qualifying family groups.

The primary reservation holder must be at least 26 years old. Guests under 26 may stay when accompanied by family as part of a qualifying family reservation.

Groups of unrelated individuals under 26 are not permitted to rent or occupy the property.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their reservation complies with these restrictions before booking.

Property Security

For the protection of our guests, neighboring occupants, and the property, the premises are monitored by a security system.

Guests are expected to respect the property, designated private areas, shared spaces, and the peaceful enjoyment of neighboring residents and other guests.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY — ZERO TOLERANCE

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Our accommodations are intended for comfortable, relaxing stays. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, and disturbances affecting other guests or neighboring residents are strictly prohibited.

If you’re looking for a place to host a party, please book another property.

Any guest identified as violating this policy will be subject to the following penalties:

1. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL

The reservation will be terminated immediately, and all occupants will be required to vacate the property.

2. NO REFUND

All reservation payments will be forfeited, including payments for any unused nights.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFEITURE

The entire security deposit will be surrendered as a consequence of violating the no-party policy.

4. FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR OTHER GUESTS

The violating guest will be responsible for the full nightly reservation costs of other guests staying at the property whose accommodations are affected by the violation.

5. ADDITIONAL DAMAGES

The violating guest will be held financially responsible for all property damage, excessive cleaning, and additional expenses resulting from the violation.

THESE PENALTIES ARE CUMULATIVE, NOT ALTERNATIVES.

Violations will be addressed immediately. All guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, other occupants, and all established house rules.
