Stunning! 4BR/3Ba - sleeps 10 - Swim Spa, Elevator and Pets Welcome

This gorgeous single family house (not a duplex or condo) is perfect for your vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and a set of bunk beds) plus 3 full bathrooms. A huge kitchen with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The great room has new living room furniture and a large dining table that seats 8-10 people comfortably. All furniture and décor is high end and just stunning to see.
For those who love to enjoy the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have views of the Ocean. The fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grill and dining table which is perfect for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool for you to swim in during the day or as a spa for you to relax in during the evenings. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your luggage and supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The house is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bike racks. The famous Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path and new playground, In the summer there is a farmer's market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.

You will find the house well stocked and very comfortable! The perfect place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.
No Events are allowed - no weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties

Great location in walking distance to the beach or to the local community park. The house was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. The living / dining space on the top floor is laid out perfectly for our family. Plenty of fun games to entertain. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!

our stay was fantastic even with some rain from hurricane Imelda. The house was very well maintained. We did not use the spa but it looked nice. Our furbabies really liked the balcony. The elevator was a plus.we would recommend this home.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at 214 Spartanburg Ave. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. We liked how close it was to the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats. Everything worked as it should, and the host made the whole process simple and stress-free. We’d be happy to come back here on our next family trip to Carolina Beach.

The home was as described, very lovely and comfortable. The swim spa was a great place to relax in the evening, enjoyed sitting out on the deck for morning coffee. The home is close to the beach, just a short walk, close to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

My family had a great time here! The house was spacious, well stocked, and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There was a high chair available and baby gates provided which helped since the house was multiple floors. The elevator was especially useful with lugging the bags and getting the dogs out. Only thing that was not listed is even though the house is dog friendly the fenced in area outback is not. There is a nice walking path about 5 min from the house and the veggie wagon around the corner is a must! Overall this house worked well for 8 adults, 2 little kids and 2 dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home. It is located a short distance to the beach, with a doable walk. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked multiple meals for our party of 8 per day. The hot tub was a nice treat, but the swim spa feature was not working when we were there. Tammy is easy to communicate with and reached out both prior and during our trip. The hosts have also labeled the switches, drawers, hot tub and backyard instructions, etc., which not only saves time and confusion, but kept everyone in the party on the same page.

Great location, fantastic back yard!

This property is a stand-out in Carolina Beach in that it is a detached home featuring both an elevator (that works well) and a swim spa for the non-beach lovers in your group. The entire home is well equipped and Tammi is an extremely responsive host. The backyard is lovely and quite private and the beach is just a few blocks away. Beware that the bed in the main floor bedroom is quite high (a stepstool might be nice) and that the bathroom is not private to the bedroom. Also, the cleanlng service could be a bit more thorough, but overall, an excellent house. Highly recommend!

A week full of great memories!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. We made a lot of great memories this week! We visit some NC or SC beach each year and our family of 7 all agreed that this was the nicest, cleanest and most well-stocked one we e ever stayed at. There wasn’t anything that we needed that it didn’t have. The proximity to the beach and things to do was great! The backyard and swim spa was our little oasis for the week and was enjoyed by all after a morning at the beach. The property owners were very communicative and available if there was an issue. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

The house, property, swim spa and proximity to the beach and other attractions were all great. Inside of the house was very well stocked with the items listed, plenty of towels and toiletries. The only issue we had was the cable and Internet were out for most of the week so hopefully that’s something that can be resolved. The host was responsive and attempted to get it reset but it was never successful. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Very high end beach house

This property is gorgeous,very well maintained,and clean. Only 2 blocks to beach access. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having a second full size refrigerator was very helpful. The swim spa was great for relaxing in the evenings. Would recommend highly.

Fabulous Stay! Better than expected!

I found Tammy‘s place as I was looking through reviews while planning our family getaway. The reviews were spot on and when we arrived, it actually was better than expected! Everything was spotless and clean, with a great smell! Everything you need is in the kitchen from the most minor details to the everyday needs as if you were living in the house! Beds were very comfortable and nothing was “run down”. You would never know this is a pet friendly place. It was spotless! The location is fabulous and within walking distance to the beach. We created amazing memories and will be back as Wilmington will be our second home in the near future! Thanks Tammy!

An excellent beach getaway

Our stay was absolutely lovely, and Tammy was communicative and responsive the whole time. The property was clean in the morning so we were able to check in early, and the cleaners came later in the day when we were leaving so Tammy said we could check out later if needed. The house had everything we could want and we loved it so much we tacked on an extra day mid-way through the trip. We loved having multiple outdoor areas to use, a fully-stocked kitchen, easy access to so many bars and restaurants, and a quick walk to the beach (like, so quick you could pop back to the house to use the restroom or refill a water bottle.) Thanks again for a wonderful stay, Tammy!

Lovely Getaway

Nicely decorated with all amenities. We loved the quietness of the street while still be close to everything. We enjoyed our first trip to Carolina Beach and will return again in the future. Great dog friendly place!
