Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and microwave. Beach umbrella and 6 chairs are stored in garage (please return there after using ). Four bicycles are available , use at your own risk. on ,etc. Midway between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach Pier , this is a great spot for an easy trip to see all that Pleasure Island has to offer . We enjoy kayaking the Cape Fear River from Carolina Beach State Park (make reservations ahead of time on line to insure kayak availability ). The Aquarium at Kure Beach is well worth the visit. A favorite day trip is taking the ferry from Fort Fisher to Southport , shopping and having lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants. The Wilmington Riverwalk is only a 30 minute drive and has shopping ,restaurants and a nearby train museum kids will enjoy. When at the beach, It is not a long walk to grab a drink at the Tiki Bar you will see in the distance. For those looking for extended stays please put in your days and look at the monthly discount !
