"This property is very nice considering its reasonable price. It’s not right in the middle of the downtown museums/attractions but we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see with less than a 15-20 minute walk. There are some fun restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walk. We had great and timely communication with the property owner and we had no issues during the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience downtown Philadelphia. Thanks!"

"The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not. Also, the walls were so thin that the neighbor's TV was plainly audible (I could hear every word of dialogue as though it...

"Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. Location was within 10 min of where we needed to be and Reading Terminal Market was close by. "

"The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. Near to SPROUTS (a Whole Foods alternative) coffee shops and the exciting Passyunk neighborhood for delicious eats. Check out BARCELONA for great tapas. And say hi to Danielle."

"This property was a great place to stay that was close/on to the River Front. The space was clean and had all of the necessities for my two week stay. I think my favorite part was that the parking garage had a dedicated spot, so you didn’t have to worry about street parking."

"Fiquei em Apartamento Luxo com esposa e filho. A localização é excelente, metrô na porta e muito perto do City Hall. Pelo aplicativo da Sonder se resolve tudo. Não houve contato com o staff que fica na recepção. O apê tem bom tamanho e cozinha completa. Destaque para a cama king size, enorme e com a maciez equilibrada. Para quem não faz questão de serviços de hotelaria, esta opção é perfeita para desbravar a Philadelphia. Recomendo. "
