"Enjoyed the room!"

"The house is tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are three bedrooms that are charming. The large bathroom was amazing. The double doors take you back to midevil times. Plenty of linens and soap. They leave you some much coffee and creamer along with a large basket of snacks. The beds were ultra comfortable. They have ROKU tv. The back sitting porch was so relaxing. I saw horses and deer every morning. The pool was beautiful. Very charming. Adorned with flowers all over the yard....

"It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. Cabin sleeps 4 but dining table has only two chairs, to eat we had to bring inside a patio table, the coffee table was a...

"The Judy was the coziest little getaway for my husband and I. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities listed. Although it is by the highway it was really quiet and peaceful. Sitting out in the back courtyard you could hear all of nature’s beautiful sounds. Would definitely come back to this property. Host was always quick to respond. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again! It was clean and comfortable and close to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. The street parking was no issue - huge street with plenty of room. The one thing that could use improvement is the showerhead - it's a small thing and didn't affect our rating but it could definitely use an upgrade."

"The pictures of the interior were absolutely accurate and this was a well-equipped home. The garden area outside the home was lovely as well. We were a bit surprised as we drove into the neighborhood, but this is an unexpected oasis in an unassuming neighborhood. We were only there for one night, but this was a perfect place, just the right size for a party of two. Excellent stay. Owners thought of everything! Highly recommend!!"
