"We love staying in Johnson City and this property was close to downtown and all our fave spots. It has a beautiful back yard and my wife used the gazebo every morning. Beds were comfy. Nicely decorated and the owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend!"

"Property was exactly as advertised, with likely a better view than comes thru on the pictures. Perfect location in relation to activities in Horseshoe bay. All the local pools were awesome. Putt putt was a hit. Very quiet area which was much appreciated. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others. "

"Bulbs out in Master and poor lighting in living. Tear on tablecloth on small round table. Need some chests or dressers in BR's for luggage and some unpacking. Leaks in Master and hall bathtubs/shower. Calcification in Master bath fixtures. More clothes hangers in closets needed. Hall bath toilet is loose and dangerous. Two chipped bowls in kitchen cabinet that are dangerous. Overall we give a 9.5 rating from 5 ladies. Quiet neighborhood, great pool and outside furniture. Nice furniture in...

"The property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for our group. So disappointed the lake was not available because of flooding but we found so many things to do. Can't beat the sunsets! "
