Silver Palms Villa is a luxury beach house located on Little Exuma with its own private sugar beach for lovely serene walks gazing at the magnificent turquoise waters of Exuma known for the clarity of the aqua colours . You will never grow tired of gazing at the ocean and the beautiful shimmering silver tipped palms.

The large gazebo is perched to overlook the ocean for hours of fun in the shade or in the evening under the sky of brilliant stars. With soft party lights under the gazebo you will spend many long evenings dreaming by the ocean, listening to the tide ebbing and flowing and sharing stories with loved ones.

The hot tub next to the gazebo is especially wonderful at night under the twinkling stars as you and your guests see how many shooting stars come by.

Our heated salt water pool is 30x16 ft and is wonderful for laps or just bobbing on floats as you watch the ocean and the water lap over the infinity edge.

Relax in our loungers in the sun or under the cool of our covered patio. Our large covered patio has wonderful seating with soft cushions and footrests to enjoy the pool by day and night watching the water run over the infinity edge and connecting the ocean blue with the pool. At night the warm breeze will relax you as you gaze at the pool lit at night for your enjoyment. The dining table works well for 8 under the porch out of the sun. It also serves well for buffet style eating on the large deck. After an evening dip you will be ready to retire to the well appointed bedrooms and bath areas.

The Villa is a luxurious 5 bedroom / 4 bath home, with attention to fine details. With our guests top of mind, your "home away from home" has been carefully designed to offer you, your family and friends wonderful amenities to make your vacation the most memorable experience. All on one level, the Villa offers two identical private Primary suites with King beds and large en-suite baths, complete with showers and large freestanding tubs for spa-like relaxation. Enjoy your favourite beverage and epsom salt waters in our beautiful tubs crowned with sparkling chandeliers for ambience.

All 5 bedrooms have been designed with robes, beautiful linen, premium mattresses and pillows. Beautiful linen blackout drapes for a deep nights sleep. Our fifth bedroom is equipped with a stand up desk, comfortable swivel desk chair and printer for those that need to spend some time working from "home". Our Starlink internet keeps you seamless with excellent connectivity.

The expansive Great Room, central in the Villa, features a soaring 22 foot cypress ceiling with entertainment and dining areas. There is a large dining table seating comfortably 10 where you will spend hours sharing stories from the day, listening to music on the Bose speaker and dancing in the spacious great room into the wee hours of the night.
A second dining area has a round table with rattan chairs ready for an intimate coffee break or a fun game of cards or board games. Our 10 foot granite island has four rattan bar stools for those who want to chat while cooking or have a quick meal or snack.

The TV area features a 70" Smart TV with apps Netflix, Prime, Apple, YouTube and connecting with Live TV for your enjoyment. There is also a playstation PS4 with a number of video games and DVD'S to explore. The games cupboard has puzzles, party games and board games for all ages.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining family and guests with several small appliances and all the basics for all your culinary needs. the convection oven has air fry capability and finishing cycle. Many coffee machines for keurig , nepresso, coffee grinder, Cuisinart drip and French press are available. There is a huge selection of spices for your meal prep.
Bread maker, rice cooker, and slow cooker are supplied. An atrisan mixer, hand mixer and Vitamix are great additions for all of you cooks and bakers.
There are 2 large refrigerators and a bar/wine fridge to stock many days of your holiday so you won't need to leave our Villa, pool and beach! The outdoor barbecue grill is steps away.
A great entertaining kitchen to create meals or hire one of the many island chefs for a great culinary experience for you all!

Our entire house is supplied with purified Reverse Osmosis water made from our well with state of the art technology to safely drink and bathe in.

We have a 45KW diesel generator to keep your visit supplied well with power during the island's outages.

For those who enjoy long walks it's an easy 10 min walk from our home to Tropic of Cancer Beach via a public access pathway. It is the next beach to our beach that allows for a 2 mile walk with a beach barbecue for drinks, burgers, conch fritters and grouper sandwiches at Brea's Delight! This makes a fun time for the family and friends. We hear that Tropic of Cancer beach is a kite surfers dream as well! During the summer months, our beach can be affected by tides, storms and currents where the beach can change for a time where you can swim and kayak off it only. This is out of our control due to mother nature but is still magnificent to overlook the beauty of nature.

Others will enjoy a kayak or paddle board over to turtle rock on our left or to a lazy river on our right into the mangroves to discover the wildlife there.

Boogie boards and skimboards add enjoyment to the surf! There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to take onto the beach and put your toes in the sand or build sandcastles with children's beach toys.

Try your skills at horseshoes or bocce ball on our sandy play area or corn hole on the deck.

A quieter time can be spent reading or rocking on our back porch garden patio enjoying the fuchsia bougainvillea arbor and birds chirping in the palms.
