"My first interactions were with Cat at the front desk, she was professional, accommodating, polite, and she was hustling. Hotel was a nice old property, would have preferred automatic daily cleaning without having to ask for it. The lower marks on location were simply because there are Homeless all over Portland, I dont think thats going to be any different anywhere else without a change in government."

"We like the location, next to our son's apt. The atmosphere was very cool and charming. Old school elegant charm. Restaurant was part of the property. What we didn't like was too much street noise.The hotel provided ear plugs which solved the problem. Next time we will get a room higher off the street or interior room. "

"Razoável. Hotel com boa estrutura, mas velho…. Entrando no lobby do hotel há um cheiro ruim no ar…. Cheira velho, deve ser o carpete…… Apesar de ter reservado um quarto no smoking, fui colocada num quarto que cheirava cigarro… Pedi pra trocar e fui atendida.. O pessoal da recepção foi bem amigável. Cafe da manhã so o basico…"

"Super convenient as it's right off the I-5, this place had a mellow, cozy vibe that permeated the hotel. The fact that every room has it's own secured back porch is highly appreciated too. Only problem was that the vertical surface areas like doors and other areas were not as clean as they could be. I would reccomend this place to anyone in need of a quiet and unpretentious room that will remind you of your mothers home."
