"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"The bed was very comfortable, the whole place is well maintained and clean. The restaurant part of it makes excellent home made pasta. The only negative was that the building could get a little noisy - but not a huge deal and not really the hotel's fault "
