"This property is spacious and well appointed, with a beautiful view of the hills above Heidelberg. A few things could be improved upon: firstly, when we arrived, our sheets and towels we had ordered months in advance were not there in the apartment. I called them and they said the sheets and towels would be there within an hour, but did not really have an explanation as to why they were not there to begin with. Secondly, communication with the host prior to the trip was only so-so. They...

"Quando chegamos no apartamento a porta, que deveria estar aberta, estava trancada e um outro hóspede nos emprestou o telefone e fez a ligação para a proprietária, pois não tínhamos o contato. A proprietária nos avisou que não haveria lugar para dormir, pois houve oberbooking. Nos disse que devolveri o dinheiro, mas não nos relocou. Tivemos que procurar outro lugar para passar a noite de aniversário de casamento. Foi decepcionante!"
