Our home is located in a great location between Brownwood and Lake Sumter.

Our home has an open and inviting floor plan and is perfect for entertaining. The home is done in neutral hardwood flooring, new paint and the Master Bedroom has a king size bed.

It has a large open kitchen with lots of cupboards, has a full length bar/counter with 3 barstools and an ample pantry closet and a separate dining table.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and furnished with a chest and dresser with mirror. There is a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. You can also step outside onto the glassed-in lanai for a breath of fresh Florida air. There is a large patio with chairs along with a sun lounger located on the back patio.

The Guest Bedroom (second bedroom) has a queen size bed.

The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the Guest Bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The Guest Bedroom and Bathroom can be separated from the main living area by simply closing a pocket door for complete privacy.

The Living Room is open to the kitchen as well as to the glassed-in lanai. Sleeper sofa for added sleeping room in the living room.

The screened-in lanai is a wonderful addition to the home as it provides a nice area to eat, entertain or relax but you are still protected. The full length glass windows may be opened to screens to let the air into the room. Outside of the lanai is a cement patio area which is perfect to have a cup of coffee, read the newspaper or sit and soak up the Florida sunshine in privacy. There is also an electric grill located on the patio as well.

The garage provides for ample parking of one car and a golf cart (main mode of transportation while in The Villages). A gas golf cart is available upon request.

Also included is free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Service and a cable TV.

Peak Season Rental requires January-February-March booking.

I had a few questions before our trip and Jeff was very quick to respond and answer all my questions. We felt good going into this and once we got there, we knew why. Everything was great and just as it was advertised. Would return there again for sure.

The home was wonderful and a great location. Golfing was awesome and shopping was great as well. The pool was only 2 min away but there were many pools to access. Jeff was responsive and very helpful. The home had everything you needed. The neighbors were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Snowboarding oasis

The accommodations, amenities and location of the property was awesome. It is close to several rec centers and the town squares, so super easy to get to entertainment venues, restaurants and a variety of activities, especially with the golf cart . Our host was extremely helpful and very prompt and responsive to questions we had. The perfect place to get away from the cold and a great area to go for those who like to relax and stay active. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect

This is my first time staying in a short term rental and it couldn’t have been any smoother. The process was simple and the house was great. Location was just a few minutes from where I needed to be. Plenty of room for myself and a couple of family members. The bed was good and firm like I prefer so I slept well. Everything we needed was there. From kitchen supplies to cable tv and WiFi. I will have no problem staying here again in the future.

Everything you need.

This was our second stay at this location. That in itself tells you something. Everything about this home is exactly what we need for a fun and pleasant vacation. Located in the southern end of the Villages, gets you about 2 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square. A large family swimming pool is within walking distance along with 2 other adult pools within a half mile. The furniture is very comfortable and the appliances and utensils are all perfect for a short or long time stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any of your requests. I highly recommend!

Everything you need!

We were pleasantly surprised when we first walked in. This home is open and bright, first impression is very appealing. Beautiful and very comfortable furnishings in every room. Tv in living room is the perfect size with basic cable channels. Bring your Roku if you like streaming channels. Wi-Fi was easy to access with no issues. Master bedroom has a huge bed which was firm but surprisingly comfortable. This is a very quiet street, sleeping is not a problem. The closed in rear porch is perfect for morning coffe with appears to be new furniture not shown in the listing. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with a tub. Garage has plenty of room and includes a remote door opener. There is a golf cart in the garage but not sure if it’s available to rent. We are advid cyclists so we have no interest in golf carts. There are 2 swimming pools just a short walk or ride from the house. The owner Mr Stahl is very quick to respond to your requests. It’s been s long time since we’ve found a rental this nice. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer! I highly recommend.

Lovely house, love stay!

This home was delightful in so many ways. Roomy, in a great Village and neighborhood. There were two Rec Centers very close by- less than 5 minutes. And the same for the pools! The rooms were very spacious. The enclosed patio was wonderful. The home was very clean and the furniture mostly comfortable — see below about why I mentioned “mostly”. We were among the first to rent and there were some household needs that could be added -2 baking pans (1) to hold something flat like biscuits or small pizza and (1) for making a cake or small casserole). The skillet was more for using as a sauté pan than a meal. There was no cutting board but I mentioned it to a relative who stopped by one day while we were there. Also the master bed mattress was very hard. I had issues with it the entire time. I would suggest egg shell foam to help make it more comfortable. The tv in the spare room had cable issues like it wasn’t working. There were not too many channels to choose from throughout the house. Would we stay there again. Absolutely! Perfect for two (and more), but this trip was my husband and me). The reason for one star markdown 4 out of 5 was in my search in making a reservation, I didn’t realize this was a 2bdrm because all I saw was that it had 3 beds (one is sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Again I would definitely come back if it becomes available in the future.
