You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This pet friendly home comes complete and includes ELECTRIC GOLF CART, a bike, gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on patios, and on the property's premises. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment for all guests.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
