You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guest to enjoy. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper.

With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
